can someone tell me how to fix it?

i take the key out of the ignition and open the door but the unit stays on. what wires do I need to reconnect? basically all I did was connect the same colors to each other on the metra wire harness to the avic wires. the ground on the avic was connected to the ground on the tc's stock harness.

any ideas???

 

u connected the ignition wire with the b+ prolly....

make sure the wires are matched by function, not just colors...colors may vary. recheck the red and yellow wires.

 

I think it is the ignition wire, wrong one!
