i can get the v995 for $230 or the v965 for $190. Is there a big enough difference between the two to get the 995 or are they almost the same thing?

someone put up some radar detector results, you should look into them. I think the 965 outperformed the 995 on some things. The 995 does have some cool features like voltage mode (tells you the voltage of the car's system)

do a search for that post about radar detectors it was like within the past 4-5 weeks. someone posted up charts. check it out.

I have the 965 and absolutely LOVE it...it works GREAT. I bought it brand new on Ebay for $150...
