Default Big problem - Need help ASAP please - wiring

I just got done installing my system with two buddies of mine who know what their doing, everything works just fine with the system and deck BUT my pass. side window won't go up, and my sunroof won't open.

I unhooked the battery (neg) like I was supposed to the whole time. They think it's an issue with that. The cars got the stock battery that's probably never been unplugged before.

My drivers side light for the window switch blinks twice in sequence. Blink blink.... blink blink etc. It's setting a code.

If anyone has any info please help. This is more urgent than usual (I would wait to go to toyota tomorrow) but my pass. side window is stuck down.

Thank you VERY much anybody

i can't remember exactly but i think the trick is to roll the driver side window down, wait like 3 secs, then roll it back up

It is something like that, somebody here probably knows though.

i'm like 99% sure if it isn't that it is some other combination similar to that like rolling it halfway down or something. It has something to do with the driver side window. But after you do that it should make the sunroof and passenger window work.

its in your manual. look for reseting the windows or something equivalent.

I got it... thanks guys. We were looking through the manual but I was pretty much panicing because the window was stuck DOWN. I'd have to sleep in my car to protect it.

I didn't find it in the manual, but out of frustration I held the close button on the sunroof and it reset. So then I tried holding the window up like dmyers03 said and that did it.

Thanks again... as soon as I ran into that problem I was like ah please lets not start pulling fuses, since thats what they wanted to do. I said i'd ask the guys on Scionlife since i'm sure i'm not the first to encounter this problem.

:D New system sounds awesome. Door speakers sound great compared to stock because of the reduced stress of having to provide bass. Now their soley mids/highs and sound great. I got the Visonik bass package from Crutchfield if anyone is wondering, and even though it's cheap it hits hard.
