After some modifications, i made my reverse lights blink when in reverse gear. Just wondering if it is ricey.

 

i wouldnt quite call it rice, but why?

Nah, just paint the car brown and get a back-up beeper to complete the package.

 

Why would you want your reverse light to blink? not bashing, just curious.

 

I think that'd be more appropriate for 1st gen. xBs. :p

i put strobes along w/ the regular reverse lights in my old car. not planning on doing it w/ the scion

 

so you can temporary stun the people behind ur car while u back up?

they werent obnoxiously bright cop light strobes... jus cheapos from autozone.

Well, reverse lights are there to help you out...

With this logic, why not turn off the headlights while driving at night? It's "different," and that's ok, because the headlights are just there for show, right?

But yeah I wouldn't say it's rice but I think if I saw a car backing up in a parking lot with blinking reverse lights I would make fun of it. It is creative though I will give you that.

 

not many have done that...but i think there's a reason for that
