At some point both of power ports went... and I can't for the life of me figure out why. I've looked at every fuse:nothing. Also, I can't seem to figure out which relay could have gone bad. Anybody else have this problem?

 

Check fuse.

but have you checked the consoles to make sure it's plugged in? On the backside is the connector inserted into the power outlet. Did someone take your console apart? It could've been someone took it apart, didn't put it back together correctly and then the connectors fell off. check that.

 

The one in my armrest stopped working when I had the interior lights installed, and I ended up destroying the other one intentionally . No one smokes in my tC.

you can buy directly from teh manufacturer.. and rare, but sometimes some auto stores carry them.. other than that.. dealers are supposed to have them
