!!!! Brand New False Floor Custom Box !!!!
Hey all, its been awhile but I just wanted to share my newest sound acquisition.... A local audio place in RI called SoundFX created this box specifically for my car with specs I chose etc. It took em about a day and a half but the outcome IMO was great! There are x2 JL W3 10" Woofers(hidden) downfiring, powered by a Rockford Fosgate T500-1bd amplifier and it bangs!!! They added two windows, one vented up top so the amp can breathe and one Custom etched Scion Logo window where you can see the magnets of each sub on either side. There are also Amber LEDS, to match the dash instruments, inside either window which turned out very nice. More pics at night so you can see the LEDS to come, but for now let me know what you guys think, thanks!

Nice setup, ive always wondered to people who put their amp under plexi, how do you vent it for cooling purposes, or what do you do to keep your amp cool like that?
edit: i see the slits in the plexi at second glance...

To answer the question about the spare, yes I had to take it out. I knew the risk of removing it so now I can only hope for the best. The cost of the setup was around $1,800!! Pretty pricey but the quality of sound, design, and jus all around good service made it worth it..... If you got the doh laying around of course.
