Can i mount 6.5" speakers in the rear? Can i just drill holes in the metal and mount speakers or i'll need some kind of buffles?

 

it's best to have a baffle for the 6.5. It's easy to make or fairly cheap to buy

 

yes i have 6.5 in the rear with my tweeters mounted above the seats

 

 

Now thats nice right there, i like that i didn't even look at the spot right there for it.Could you show a pic of how the 6.5 looks in the rear? Cause i'm either putting 6.5 or 6x9 in the rear the only thing is with the 6x9 its some more fabrication to do the install it.

yea ill be pulling those speakers out to upgrade them hopefully next week, so ill take some pics then...but if i were you, id get 6.5 components rather than trying to fabricate a proper mounting bracket for 6x9, once you pull that panel off youll realize that 6x9s woud be a pain
