Default Can this be used for a strobe light controller???

I have been thinking about making my own strobe light kit using LEDs and was going to build my own strobe light controller. Then I started looking around for prebuilt controllers and I could just add my own LEDs. I ran across this on eBay and want to know if I took the LEDs off of the board and wired up my LEDs to the board, will it handle the additional LEDs?

Wow that looks bootleg. Yeah I guess it could be used as a controller... wouldn't look good at all though...

I'm not going for looks for the controller, it would be hidden and turned on with a switch. I just want to know if this board would be able to handle up to 20 LEDs for each side, so a total of 40 LEDs.

I am pretty sure it would have to be modified since its set up for 2 LEDs right now, and to handle 20, you might as well find a product designed for that!

I don't have a problem modifying it, it doesn't come built, he gives you the parts and instructions.

That's the problem, I'm having a hard time trying to find a controller that will do what I want it to do and for cheap.
