Default Carbon Fiber Pedals?

Anyone have any Carbon Fiber Pedals? They look pretty nice, but I'm wondering how good the grip is

Sparco has a set: http://www.sparcousa.com/ptuning_pedals.asp?id=478
Hayame also makes a set: http://www.spwindustries.com/hayame/carbonfiber.php

the Hayames suck! I just recently took mine off. They are too large for our pedals (they're bolt on pedals) and it was hard to attach them correctly and would unattach once a week. Don't make the same mistake i did!

They both look like they would be slippery than all get out if your shoes were wet.

I have some Razo pedals. They're aluminum with carbon fiber and look SWEEEET. But when I wash my car, get water on the bottoms of my shoes or it rains and I get inside, my feet slip all over those things. It's not bad at all on the brake or gas, but the clutch, I guess just bcuz of how far you have to put that one in compared to the others, I've slipped mid way many times. Hazardous....

I've gone to the extent of leaving my shoes in the car and washing it barefooted. haha. When it rains, I guess I'll have to have a towel inside to completely dry my shoes before driving.

I have the Sparco CF pedals and I have never had an issue with slipping. Are you guys driving in socks or what? ;)

They are covers. Just remove the rubber gripping from the stock pedals, drill holes, and bolt on. They're really durable and strong. I haven't had any problems yet.

I got some nice carbon/fiber inserts and aluminum pedals from ebay for $15, Theres for automatic and much bigger then stock. They look mad hot, alittle slippery when wet but there big so u cant miss them. Installation wasnt that good and had to do alittle moding to the screws and brackets
