compatability for waterfall

i need a new waterfall (heater/ac control unit) for my 08 and found one from a 06 will in straight PnP into my 08? Thanks guys and if you could reply quick that would be great! haha

dude usps called me this morning and the ____ers just didn't ship it out. they sent it out today and should be there tuesday or wednesday
