crossover question for stock deck
hi, i just installed some sony coaxle speakers in my car and kept the factory tweet. and was thinking about getting crossovers. i will be installing a sub later on and i don't want my new speakers playing low bass comming from the deck. i would like to use the decks bass control for my sub but would like those freq.'s canceled for the mid/high speakers. what cross overs should i go with for the front and rear. should i use just 2 crossovers (on for LF and LR and one for RF and RR)?
thanks.
thanks.
edit. ok i just read the title. lol
anyway, honestly itd be best if you get an aftermarket deck with all that stuff built in. even the lower end pioneers have cross overs built in. imo i think that its not worth the hassle on the stock deck trying to do crosss overs. mainly because you really wont get as much flexibility as you would with an after market deck, itll be alot easier in the long run, and you might end up paying just as much for the cross overs.
