my cubby under the stereo has a lil cavity I can feel, is there supposed to be alight there? I see people replacing bulbs all the time I think there. I guess my car never came with one there....so can I just install an led there you think?

 

Yea, there is supposed to be a light under there. I would take it in and get it looked at by the dealership if it is still under warrenty (which it should be).

 

That light gets real annoying when you have a cd in that hole. Reflects at night.

 

Mine came like that too, I didn't even know there suppose to be a cavity or a light until I found a wire dangling with a bulb when I took off my center console.
May be the japanese factory workers forgot to put em? It is kinda dissapointing that they missed the small stuff. there are possibly others things that are missing somewhere in the car that we don even know about.

Dealership probably forgot to plug it back in the hole after installing your HU, that's what happened to me.
