I finally got my ddx 7015 back today, and installed it without the spacer, don't have anything to cut them with, and it works great! I have a couple of questios....does the ddx play .avi files, if so do they need to be bned in a certain manner. It does play dvd mp3 cds right? how about vcd's and svcd's, anything on them. just give me any info you have on what this unit can play/do. thanks alot guys!

 

basically for video its like a regular dvd player - DVDs, SVCDs, VCDs.
as for audio, it can play mp3 cds and actually even mp3 dvd's.

 

NOt really sure what you mean with the spacers?

 

spacer ---> the little plastic things i got to fill the "space" between the dvd unit and the rest of the area open...spacers! ;)
