it really depends what you're looking for in a system. Sound Quality or raw dB power?
You're wanting everything to be the same brand, but brand isn't power. Brand is a name, in all reality. Example...
I like Rockford Fosgate subs for deep bass, but I like Infinity for SQ.
I like mb Quarts for door speakers - for SQ; or you could do a component system in the front (tweeters/mids) and coaxials in the rear.
Headunits vary depending on what you are looking for. My personal favorites are Clarion (which I have right now), higher-end Alpine, or Kenwood Excelon. Pioneer is good too - but only their higher-end models IMO.
Amps vary as well. I love rockford amps.
That said - I'm going for bump in my car, but not insanity and I'm going with MTX subs and amps right now. Clarion 2-din HU.
So it all depends on what you want.
Be more specific on what you're trying to do and I can help to be more specific as well. Car audio comes in a variety of flavors. What one person loves, another person hates.
