Yesterday I went to a local audio store and got a pair of 6.5 tma component speakers and a 2 channel crunch amp installed for 260. The price seemed pretty fair to me but I'm know too knowlegeable about car audio, so did I get a good price?
it's not so much the price but did this audio store do a good job? good job = clean wiring install, organized wires, didn't break anything in your car or dirty up your interior.
The price seems fair, but did they do a good job too? I'd pay a little more for someone who does a good job, but then again, I'm the one who installs all the audio equipment anyway, so I always do a good job.. lol :D

the TMA stuff isn't bad.. "made by JL" my jl rep said to use as a selling point on the TMA... pretty good speakers for the price point of about 125-175 bucks... the crunch amp is on the lower end but there are worse out there... depending on the amp usually going for 95-150 bucks... so right there alone, installed your at quite a deal.. figure for wiring and labor and parts.... hell you should have been 350-400

thanks for all the relpy. I got a good price with what I got but i probably should of gone somewhere else. Now my passenger window don't work from the driver side, I'm going to go back to them tomorrow. The tma speakers are really nice and crunch is cool. I was told by the shop that tma is made by jl audio and that crunch is made by rockford fosgate, not really sure about the crunch part but it's all good.
