I've had mine for a year and have the same problem. I have tried cleaning it several times but cannot make the spots go away. I'm planning on reupholstering my seats within the next month with tweed and vinyl.

One of my buddies has a TC as well and his seats are doing that too. Any suggestions on how to get it out? I have tried spot remover but no go on that.

It from water dripping on the seats when you open the doors. The water drops are coming from the top of the door frame after it rains or you wash the car.

Default Water Spots from Rain

I have it too on my car due to the rain. I'm getting my car done in two tone leather - black and silver.

yea I got my car last year an my car has it bad-- but I am redoing the seats anyways-- it looks bad when your getting judged at a car show-- I just spray them down before I get judged though so it goes away for a tad bit-- till it is done-- I took them out an Steam cleaned them with a pressure washer an used different chemicles on them it is still there-- -

Its being caused by ther treatment on the seat IE: armor all or whatever you or they used the water is hitting it and causing the "spot" all you need to do is use another protectent to get the residue off then your good.

hope your not saying the armor all caused the spot, cuz it didn't
it fixed the issue at hand

I had the same problem with mine. Living in Seattle, I blame rain dripping down onto them when I open the doors.

Sorry for the poor quality pics, but below is my fix for the problem...

If anyone's interested...

I have the stock seat covers that I saved when I upgraded to leather.

They're brand new... only have about 1000 miles on them.

$100 + shipping takes them.
