After the installation of my Scion Security system (which is a waste of money, imo) I screwed up one of the stickers that go on the windows...... Got a big ___ air bubble under it, and when I tried to peel it off to fix the air bubble, it made it look really crappy. So, in disgust, I removed the sticker and trashed it. Now I only have 1

Anyone out there know if Toyota/Scion will sell the little "Scion Security" rectangular window stickers separate from the whole alarm system?

I can't find a part or partnumber online for these little stickers, and as silly as it may sound, I want them on the car.

If any of you know if I can buy them, if you know the partnumber that would be great also.

Lets face it, glass does break, and that includes sidewindows. Toyota should be able to supply extra stickers for the inevitable one needed by legit security system owners. I'd say give Scion Customer Care a call, and ask them how to get replacement security stickers if your dealer can't help you.

why do you want to advertise what alarm you have?

 

Kinda wondering the same thing. Tint guy took mine off when he tinted my windows.

 

I realize that I am advertising the brand of alarm I have. The blinking light on the dash does that also, as it says "Scion" on it.........................................

I just want to have the sticker on the car, just because I like them being on there. Not really concerned about advertising the brand of alarm. Let' face it, if a crook wants into my car he's going to get into it regardless of the little sticker being there or not, and he'll try to defeat the alarm. The stickers being on the window may or may not save the crook a few seconds as he defeats the security system.

I'll call my dealership now and see if they have a part number for the stickers. If they do, I'll let you all know. If they don't have it, I'll call Scion Customer Service as per Tomas' suggestion.

Hey all,

My dealership found a part number for the Scion Security window stickers. Part number is: 08192-52850.

The above part number is for the xA/xB security system.... However, the stickers should be the same. The "parts book" didn't list a sticker for the tC.

One dealership told me that the stickers weren't available, and another gave me the part number above.

When I get them in hand, I will post a reply and let everyone know if the stickers match what came with the Security System.
