drilling led holes

drilling led holes
I have a minor gripe, I've been installing led's in my cupholders and my airvents... everything is going good except for the fact that when I push the leds through the holes it pushes thin plastic film through that gets wrapped around the led somewhat. I'd like to make more of a professional install look possible
The cupholders are easy to cut out because I can access the other side no problem, as are the middle vents, but I can't seem make the side vents look nice . I'm using a 3/16" bit, I notice the OEM led install guide says that you use use a "deburring tool" to clean out the holes but I haven't been able to find anything like that. Is there a tool or method that someone knows that will make for a cleaner LED install?

that's the light guide...
For power it's just connected to the cig lighter in front of the shifter with a panel switch on the positive line..
