Just put the 2454 in mine, it is real simple to do since everything on your factory radio just plugs right into this unit!

You dont HAVE to drill new holes, but if you want the cover to close you just need to either slot the existing holes or drill new holes about 4mm behind the existing holes.

You need to take the cover off over your shifter, then pop off the cover that houses the AC/Radio, then remove the 4 fastners holding the stock radio in, along with all of the stock wiring, remove 8 bolts holding the brackets to the stock radio and attach to the new radio, mount your GPS antenna, wire parking brake and speed sensor wire, then reassemble everything. I know this is the simplified version but it should (HOPEFULLY) get you where you need to go. If you have not done anything like this before you might want to let a professional do it, since you are going to have to mount your GPS antenna somewhere, and then route the wire for it. It is not a hard install but if you are unsure I would hate to have you ruin the unit before you ever had a chance to use it.

If you have any questions though feel free to PM me or post!!!
