Eclipse AVN5500 + Scion tC Subwoofer

Ok. I finished installing my HU (AVN5500) but my factory subwoofer (Scion tC option) is not working. I need it to work. Please help!

nevermind, thanks anyway. when i pulled the HU again, i realized that the harnesses for steering wheel controls and the subwoofer were not connected by the installer. i connected it myself.
