Default Electrical Issue anyone familiar?!

My friend installed my new Nav Unit forgot to unhook the battery and while the radio worked great I lost my Climate Control unit except for the hazard lights. My power windows. My reverse lights and my turn signals.
Everything else works I have worked on this for 5 + days several of my mechanically inclined friends as well have looked at it. Tested fuses relays etc we can not locate the issue. Its odd because most of what doesn't work isn't tied together that I know of.

Anyone that can help me with a possible lead on how that many things can go wrong but not be a fuse or relay?

I prefer old-school circuits with one fuse. Scion liked to make things complicated. (These are all in the cabin fuse panel.)

climate control - MET IG2, ECU IG, A/C
power windows - DOOR, FL DOOR, FR DOOR, POWER, ECU-IG, GAUGE
reverse lights - GAUGE
turn signals - GAUGE

Good luck.
