Howdy yall. Just wondering if any of you have messed with the gain **** and how much the sub can take before it blows. Im hoping to get a little more bump out of it, but the info that came with it recommended I leave the **** at the little white dot.

Before it blows? Got me... I do have mine adjusted above the OEM "mark" they have though - but not incredibly far... maybe a 1/4 turn or less.

 

So a little over the mark is cool? Also, is the box tight in your trunk, mines a little loose? (no pun intended)

Mine is pretty tight. But I installed and made sure to tighten it down as much as I could. If you want to tighten it though, just take out the speaker and you'll have access to the two bolts that hold it in.
