Default false floor reinforcement? help?

Ok this isn't a sound thread its quite the opposite. I transport a lot of heavy ____ in my car and that little false flloor scion provides is horribly bent now. Anyone know where I can buy a beefed up version ? Or know how to make a beefed up one? Plz help as this things bout to implode.

get some MDF and use the floor piece to trace out a pattern to cut out.once cut you can cover it in sub box material or suede or pvc or cloth and it will take a lot heavier load.

yeah... ideally... i would get some plywood or birch plywood and cut out a floor template with the scion stock floor... then i would get some aerosol spray on bed liner and cover the pieces in bed liner.. making them durable strong and able to take the abuse...

what is the false floor? do you mean the piece that covers the spare tire and such?

Home Depot, 2' x 4' piece of 1/2" plywood for ~$7. As already stated, use the stock piece to trace on the wood, cut it out, then cover in black automotive carpet (~$5 for a piece that size) attached with spray-on contact cement (~$7 @ HD). Simple, cheap and works very well.

yeah bedliner would look great too and be durable
