I will be back into the 40s again in no time....
Build this box...get a new sub amp.
Then one day save up for a 4 channel amp, an Alpine H701, going active with some HLCD hopefully.

TTB doesn't design boxes tuned to a specific number, the design will give a flat cabin response from 33hz-100hz, and a decent extension all the way down to 20hz without a sharp drop off.
Subs will be two 10L7s. Its gonna be loud but retain sound quality.

I'm probably gonna try to build the box out of Trupan wood and paint it glossy black if possible.
I'm just worried that after I build this thing and put it together I will want a new system.... :-(
This is the 5th sub setup since like March of last year.

Yeah we'll see.
But I trust Pete and his design, I haven't heard a bad thing yet with people using his enclosure. I hear stupid comments though from people that never used his enclosures before.
I was skeptical at first, also with paying to get a design. But at least he does do the acoustical engineering behind it though. The box is specifically designed for those sub and the tC. Especially he takes into account cabin gain and impedance rise. So its not a WinISD modeling in an infinite space.

Cutting wood...

Test fit:

Almost all together:
Glue everywhere! Titebond III FTMFW!!! LOL
Gotta go to my other house and grab my jigsaw to cut out my squares!! LOL
Oh yeah mind you that all those cuts were done with a dewalt 18v cordless circular saw! LOL even the 45degree cuts!
