Default Floor Console Removal

There are many posts about how to remove the center console on the dash... how do you remove the part that is connected to the floor with the cupholders and such? IDK if I just can't find this post in the midst of all the other posts or if no one has posted.

thanks for the help

It's a matter of taking off your shifter ****, then popping up that panel by pulling up on the silver plastic next to your cup holders, then pulling up on the cup holders... then you see two phillips head screws in the center console area and underneath the mat in the lower storage area between the two seats are two 10mm bolts which you have to undo with a socket set and extension.... undo the wires and clips for the 12v plugs and your should be good to go.
