damn... i wish i was 16 and had a brand new car...

anyways... to get your shape... what you can do is go and get some card board paper and some scisors.. cut out your pattern... then transfer to wood and HOORAY you have your design...

It's not from driving like a maniac, it's from having more than one person in the car, which is an insane rule.

As for the box, the only option I see you having is a custom fiberglass enclosure. But, the amount that is going to cost to have made by a shop is not going to be worth it when you can eventually haul your buddies around in the back.

Just throw in into the back in a normal box and point it forwards.

it's completely possible to make an all MDF box incorporating the rear seat area of the tC. there's 2 tC's here in the central florida area rocking them. as tweety bird said, use carboard and cut your shape.

If you aren't proficient at it I suggest you get someone...
I tried to do something like that and messed up and ended up just getting a 3 10" sub box and fitting it in the back...it actually looks really good...although its out for the moment (stupid blown amp thank god for warranty.)

Are you putting only the two 12s in? The 15 with the 12s would cause phase cancellation.

Oh, and a box with those dimensions has a ft^3 of 3.481, more than enough for those two 12s.

wow,you cant just give up.

I've had to rebuild a box 2 times before. Measure about 4 times to be sure. Do whatever you can to make sure somthing fits. ONce you do one box you will want to do another.
