In the engine bay fuse box, there is a 20A fuse listed as "RAD NO.1" near the back side. (electrical wiring manual found here: https://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=138455)

Not really relevant, but there is another fuse box inside the car. Stick your head by the brake pedal and look up. It will be on your right.

^Indeed, that is where the other fuse box is located. Here is the diagram for that fuse box for future reference:

It may be the accessory fuse (which is under the steering wheel), although I would think you would notice other lights off as well. Did you drive it at night or only during the day with your headlights off?

I think the question should be why did your radio blow a fuse?

unless something is wrong with the wiring or the radio it should not blow a fuse.

I agree, it should only be a rare occasion that the radio would blow a fuse. I'm also curious.

You can get constant 12V from the positive spot shown in the pic below (don't worry about the negative wire).

yes it was the ACC 7.5A fuse now my radio works again thank god, reason y it blew a couple of months ago i installed the F1 carbon fiber mirrors and i didnt like them and the guy that installed them cut my stock mirror plug and all the cables were touching on the passenger side mirror, so when i put the stocks back and went to adjust the mirror the radio blew, and then i checked the mirror and realized this d*ck head had all the cables touching....so it basically blew the fuse under the steering wheel column but everything seems fine now thanx alot every1

Yes, on the far left under the panel that has the power mirror controls. There's a little "handle" to pull the piece of plastic off to access the area in question. Just pull on it real hard and it'll pop off. You'll then see what I'm referring to.
