Default Fuse Locations

Ok I've searched and didn't find anything so I'm sorry if this has already been asked. I have the weirdest F***in thing going on with my car. When I push my lock key, the doors lock but no lights, the same with unlock. However if I put on my four ways the lights work, but no turn signals. I do have an add-a-fuse however its attached to my DVD player. I had Tweeter do the install my fuse box cover with where all the fuses and what type fuse goes where has disappeared in the process magically ... So I guess if anyone has any ideas as to what could be causing the problem and if they can give my a layout of what fuse powers what and what type of fuse goes there I'd appreciate it. I checked the manual and all it tells me is where the boxes are not individual fuse locations and power ratings. Thanks in advance for any help.

If the tC manual is like the xB manual--it is not the easiest thing to read. I found that there were two places in the manual--one showed the location of the fuse boxes and the other listed what fuse was in what slot...........

Check under the dash behind the OBD II port.

Following copied off another thread about Brake/Tail light fuse:

If you try and swap out the OEM bulbs for LEDs, it can happen. It happened to a buddy of mine on his SW tC. Not sure if this was what the original poster was doing. Stick your head in by the gas and brake pedals and look up. That's where the fuse is. The manual should tell you which fuse is which. I'll check mine to see what page its on...ok, mine (an '05 manual) is on p. 238.
The plate that you have to remove to gain access to those fuses shows you where the fuse is actually located. Slot 9 for STOP and 16 for TAIL. Both are 10A low profile mini-fuses.
There are markings next to some of the fuses that tell you which slot is which.

I will take a pic of the plate for the fuses under the dash later. I'm currently at work right now.
