I just did mine last week, blue hash marks white numbers, and kept the orange needles. looks sweet! The Resistors were a PITA though on the HVAC, so tiny.

 

I have searched and searched, Can anyone post a picture with white needles in the daylight. I like like the look of the white needle at night but wondering how it looks with our silver faces in daytime.

 

I think you would need something to contrast more. I'd figure they would be kinda hard to see. But thats me.

 

sorry i deleted them offf my photobucket.. il try to get some snaps tomo of the whites during the day. its not as bad as youd think it to be

 

Thanks, That would be great. I have been bouncing back and forth between white or blue needles. I think the white looks great/better with the two tone blue/white gauges at night but don't know what the white needles will look like in daytime.

sorry to revive an old thread but i've been searching and can't find what i'm looking for...does anyone have pix of a two-tone gauge (blue/white) with stock needles?

im actually going for blue with bright green needles.... i have them painted, but i need to get white LED's for the needles, the blue doesnt show up right.

id say do the white and blue gauges but try "floating needles" when you paint them.... just paint the tips of the needles and they would look cool... thats what i did... ill post pics later
