I did search this and didn't find any thing, but

HOw do i remove the glove box so i can get behind it?

I haven't really look close at it, but is it pretty self explanatory>?

Does the door sills just pop off as well so i can run wires?

 

open the glove box, look on the door side, you will see a air strut thingy, slide that off and yank, out comes the glove box.

 

There's a tab on both sides which you have to sort of carefully push inward, then swing the compartment toward you. Be careful w/ the damper (strut thingy), you have to orient one end to disconnect it from the compartment/box. Better to remove it first before the tabs.

This manual for the door sills might help you. The sills do pop off I think.
