What do you suggest I do?

Ill go ahead and answer this question.
The best thing you could do is simply wait for XM and Sirius to merge. Not sure when exactly, but its in the works, then you will have every station without paying for the new kit! WOOT

I don't know if that will work either . . .
Supposedly with the merger you'll/we will have to get new receivers if we want to get programming for both XM and Sirius. Otherwise, you're stuck with straight XM and I'm stuck with straight Sirius.
Lot's of info about the merger and the proposed packaging/price structures here:

Evidently only the next generation of satellite receivers will be able to get both signals.
As for switching, I'm sure that you could replace the XM receiver with a Sirius receiver from Toyota, as the connections are more than likely the same into the head unit (if you have a stock unit). I'd contact one of the online vendors to make sure; a new Toyota Sirius receiver alone is going to run $173 from trdsparks.com. You'd really have to like that one channel to want to switch
As for antennas, I don't know how that would work.
