Alrighty, so im trying to install LED bulbs in my door handle place (on the driver side door). I need to know which wire (color) is the power wire.

IF ANY ONE CAN!! Please respond ASAP, i have to be on the road in 1/2 hour.

 

use a multimeter and test it..

 

What color wires you got? Usually white or red are power...black would be ground, what colors do you have?

 

Well I fixxd it. Ran a wire from the inside of the door, through the wireharness between the door and main body, and spliced right into a permanent power supply and ground.

Didnt have a multimeter handy... i bet that wouldve worked...lol

And Ark: I had purple, pink, 2 blacks, 2 reds, a white-black mix, orange, blue, and green.

Take your pick... lol. None of them worked... so :-P

 

not stock wiring...multimeter is the only way to check unless someone has a wiring diagram.

 

lol... wished i had that when I was doing the mod.... Wouldve cut 7 hours off of my project time....

multimeter? I actualyl had access to one and completely forgot about it... lol
