Default help!! How to actually INSTALL/REPLACE stock speakers

There are tons and tons of threads on here about which speakers are better and recommendations - but there are almost zero on how to actually install them. The back two are very easy for the most part - but, how do you take out the front ones. I was trying to install my new infiniti components, and this being my first time ever dealing with rivets - i have no clue how to get the stock one out. I took my drill to it and tried to drill out the center. Drilled until the top of the rivet starts to spin on the drill bit, but then what?

Also - From the stock wiring, which color wire is positive and which one is negative.

I'm surprised this isn't a stickied somewhere yet

most people I know just drilled out the center of the rivet... try a bigger drill bit....or bend up the edges of the rivet and break it off with a pair of pliers....
