I got ripped off by Circuit City, I bought an AVN5510 with no disk $750.00. The guy at the store said everything was with the unit, yea right. Can anyone burn a copy or send me the info so I can burn it myself? Thanks for the help in advance.

WOW 750? that is a rip off right there.
If you check Ebay, you get the ipod adapter, harness, brackets etc BRAND NEW for $575 shipped

Regardless, contact Eclipse and let them know what happened. Their customer service is pretty good and they should be able to take care of you.

 

Actually I did call Eclipse and they told me I had to pay $350.00 for the disk. I'm so ____ed! At this point I think I'm going to try and cut my losses and sell the unit on E-Bay. Thanks for the reply.

WOW that in unbelievable! I'm sorry to hear this. There were a few people on here before who were trying to get copies of a NAV disk made. If you want, I can try to make a copy of my friends NAV disk. It is the AVN5435, 2005 maps, but im not 100% sure that map disk will work in your upgraded unit.

 

I would appreciate any help, I feel pretty stupid about getting ripped off and don't want to get ripped again paying for a disk. Maybe you could send me the data and I can burn it?
