Default Help mounting gps

I recently purchaced a tomtom one nav system and now i want to make a mount for it. I want to do something like the scangauge setup in the cubby hole benieth the climate controls.

I have the materials to do this. I want to put the power cabel from the power supply in the armrest through the console and have it come out somewhere close. My proble is that I can't find any cracks to put the cable through(Damn toyota's good build quality ). I need 2 holes: one in the armrest and one by the cubby hole.

wires can sorta fit thru the cracks.. you'll just need to pull the console apart to route the wires.

Nice idea. Will the unit be removable?
