Default help with new setup

i'm goin with an new audio setup, using cdt cl-61 components in front, cdt ef-61 components set up as coaxs in the rear, a cdt 10" sub, & the upstage kit. my concern is picking the right amps. the cl-61 is rated at 130w rms, the ef-61 is rated at 120w rms. the amps i'm looking at to power the components are: orion 8004(100w rms x 4), phoenix gold x100.4(100w rms x 4), or phoenix gold x200.4(200w rms x 4). i'm either underpowering or overpowering them. i like the pg because they have built in cooling fans, but i've heard that they used to have problems. this is supposed to be a new line from 05, but i haven't really heard anything about them. for the sub-a 4ohm single vc 500w rms and 900w peak i'm looking at the orion4002(400w rms bridged), the orion 8002(800w bridged), or the phoenix gold x600.1(600w rms mono). i want to either go with orion or phoenix-not one of each brand. along with that, i have a redtop battery, a 2f cap, i'll do the big 3 upgrade, and i'm going to be using 4g power/ground wire. i can't figure out what setup to go with-to overpower the components by 70 & 80w respectively, or underpower them by 30 & 20w, along with underpowering the sub or overpowering it. does anyone think i'm going to have problems with the lights dimming and draining the alternator if i go either way? both the phoenix or the orion stuff, i'm gonna be around 1000-1200w rms. trying to find the right stuff is annoying. this is supposed the be the fun part, but i'm not having fun with it-it's actually annoying the f-in crap outta me. thanx for any input.
