Default Help Please!

Hi, I own a 2007 Scion TC and I am having a problem with the seatbelt. The shoulder part of the seatbelt doesnt adjust height wise. I was wondering if there was some type of part I could get to fix this issue. I am only 5'3 and I guess because I sit so close to the steering wheel the seatbelt digs into my collar bone. I've tried those shoulder pad things and even a child seatbelt adjuster and neither worked. I even contacted Scion and they basically told me there was nothing that they could do. Does anyone else have this problem? And if you do or you know someone who does do you have any suggestions that I could try so I can fix this? Thanks!
