.... really sad i absolutley love my car but i left it sitting in my parking lot for about a week in the heat here in south texas because i had to go out of town for work. I got back and first thought cruise to beach with open windows and roof, NOT!! I got in and pushed the button for the sunroof and it pushes the driver side up but the passenger side stays down and it makes a clicking sound. Toyota wants to run a diagnostic on my sunroof?? Anyone else hear of this?? I live by the beach need my roof open!!!!

 

Have you disconnected your battery recently or did it die and needed a jump? If so, you need to reset the windows/sunroof jammers. It's in the owner's manual somewhere. If not battery issues, maybe disconnect the battery for 10-15 mins and then reconnect and reset windows/sunroof. Anybody know what page it is on in owner's manual?

 

no battery issues, kinda wierd. worked fine before I left and now its acting up. I was thinking maybe it somehow jumped the track. I can see driver side moving but not the passenger side.
