Does anyone know the size of shift ***** I need to look for in order to replace the factory one on my automatic scion tc? I've been to autozone, and the ones they have there seemed a lot bigger than the stick on my tc when i screw off the factory.

 

auto- 8mm
manual- 12mm

 

does that mean i could just get any aftermarket shift ***** and screw them on as long as they're specified at 8mm? sorry, don't know too much about cars.

 

NO, they have to be 8mm AND be for an automatic...

oh, and you cant get the ones that have an overdrive button on it, for example-

ok i found them at the website you leech the picture from but they don't let me buy lol. And all of those would fit auto like you said right? just take the oem shift out?

 

lol as long as its for an auto and its size is 8mm, i dont see why not...
