how to take cloth off door panels?

Default how to take cloth off door panels?

anyone know how to take the cloth off the door panlels? or how to even get to it? I'm buying leather to replace the cloth. any help?

door panels off... drill pastic welds on back of door... off comes fabric piece... pull off fabric as if your life depended on it... and replace with beautiful leather... ooooooooohhhh aaaaahhhhh

ok.. 2 questions.....

1. dont i need adhesive to get it to stick?
2. how does it go back on if i break the welds?

well you will need a bit of creativity i guess to get the panel back on. not sure since i havent done it yet

As for the glue, well yes, i would. you can pick it up at home depot for $10 can. one will be all youll need for both doors. its called SUPER77 made by 3M

. I used a razer blade and cut the melted top off. then you can go to some place like ace hardware and get some sheet metal screws ( size 10x1/2 and some flat washers.) on some places like the ends you will need to use more then one washers so that the screw doesn't come though the front. thaks what i did.

ps when you use the SUPER77 spray both the door and the fabic.

pps you don't need to remove the oem fabic just spray over it.
