how in the world do u install an aftermarket gas pedal on an automatic tc???....i got the brake pedal no problem but the gas....hmmmm i have no idea how to......any ideas???........i bought these "obx" pedals....bad thing is they came wit all these extra parts even some hinges and no instructions.....HELP please!!!!

if it's not made for the car... it's to use in mounting them.

They are bolt on right? The bolts and hinges are used to secure your new pedals onto your existing pedals. How did you get your brake pedal on? I would think it would be the same for both pedals.

Try using some liquid soap. Makes putting them on supa-easy!

thats the only way to learn

make sure u get them nicely tight , you dont want them getting stuck or loose.

i put pedals on my AT, and i ended up not using about 1/2 of the stuff it came with. lol. double sided tape helps alot too when it comes down to slippage. but make sure its really really tight. my old car had pedals on it too that my bro installed on it (it was my bros old car) and he didnt tighten it well enough.. it was one helluva surprise when i found out he dint tighten them.. lol. so make sure they are really tight :D. getting into that painfully funky angle to tighten that last screw in the corner that you cannot reach any other way is totally worth not having that slip up :D.

i've probably started less than 5-8 threads since i've been here... no need for that. starting threads actually becomes more of a nuisance if anything.
