i have been looking at quite a bit. as well as reading the forums. and checking out things on here. but i need some opinions. what would be the best headunit to go with. im looking for basically somthing with a screen. would like it to have navi. and must of course be cd player lol. but im not sure what would be the cheapest but best to go with. so any opioion on what would be the cheapest but wont mess up on me. and still be a decent headunit wihtout breaking the bank. just looking ahead probolly wont pick one up for a while. but just curious. thanks in advance.

 

To be honest all of this is not going to be a cheap combo, especially if your looking for a double din, 6.5" or larger touch screen, etc. I personally hate flip up monitor single din units. About the only advice I can give you is to get a unit that you can ADD on navigation. I hear that if it has navi built in, it cuts the cd your listening or dvd your watching when you use the navi. I don't know if thats fixed with any of the newer models, but I know the older models did that. Also, check and make sure that the radio door will still close over it. And remember, cheap isn't always best, especially with these. You get what you pay for.

 

well yea i figured that i mean. i was just trying to look at the best priced for that combo. i mean im going to get a good brand wise. just curious what was the best decent of the good ones but was a cheaper priced. if you get what im saying. but thanks for all the info that is helpful.
