With method one, you will have the easiest removal. Just unplug thecord from the back of the ps2. Take it inside and use you plug you have in the house.

Method one does not use your home wiring, so its really easy to remove.

With method two. You use your plug from the house and plug it into the converter. Now unless you want wires laying all around, you would want to have your wiring hid, now removing the wires to take back inside would be a pain.

you will still have to remove the Red, Yellow, and White plugs from the back of your monitor..that for me, is a pain to remove the entire console to remove those because the ps2 has a special input for that, and I only have 1.
