Default interior cold cathodes??which to buy

i see everyone buying their cold cathodes to do their interior illumination, but i was wondering has anyone purchased the kit from Randode, its a little bit more pricey, but i was offered by him if i buy the cathodes and cup holder illumination kit, he would prewire them together for me to the OEM switch included..please check it out your feedback will greatly be appreciated

I'd still save your money and go with oznium....unless you know jack about wiring leds and cathodes, then go with randode

if you don't know what you are doing get Randode. Great instructions, and simply plug and play kit. Once you see how everything is wired up, and you fell comfortable doing it yourself get Oznium tubes for other parts of the car.

nope I have both on my car and have had no problems.
randodes kit does come with the OEM style switch, all the connectors, DETAILED instructions, Zip ties, and all the wires loomed up together so all you gotta do is plug it in. If you add it all up, and factor in the time saved with instalation I think it is worth it.
Or you can buy buy all the pieces seperately from Oznium and figure out how to wire it up and mount it yourself.
A+ for both companies!

I would never go with randode again after what happened the other day with my cupholder lighting. Oznium ftw, great customer service and even if you have no clue what you're doing you can go on the forums and there's walkthroughs and write-ups on the many ways to install and mount them. If you're still confused I'd be glad to help you out just drop me a line on here or the oznium forums.

Yeah, Oznium roolz. Get the led puck lights though. I have one under each side of my dash. Lights it up reall evenly and they hide real well. Hiding a cathode tube on the passenger side is a pain.

already ordered my cathodes from oznium, and a couple of other little things for the install, the only thing i am not sure about is how much 18 gauge hookup wire to get to run the cathodes and also the pre wired leds for the cup holders, and should i buy any wire connectors, if so i need details please

probably a 2-3 ring terminals for the grounding (that'll be extra, should just need one)

about 20 feet of wire (way too much, but you always want extra)

and grab a few of these from advance/ autozone to tap into the fuse box.

i thought it was the opposite, that up to 07 tc's had the regular size fuses, and now the 08's have the mini blade fuses
