Default Interior Paint Color

Hey guys, I'm stuck in an indecisive dilemma lol. So for little mods inside my car I wanna paint the vents and the door handles and the odometer top piece but I CANNOT decide on what color. I plan on picking a color that I can also paint my calipers and using that color for the inside pieces so everything matches. I have a '07 tC in Flint Mica. Anyone have any suggestions? Im open to pretty much anything. Thanks!

Well do you have a color scheme going on? Like two colors going? For instance my car is black and I have a red and black theme going. I would say stick to two colors and decide what would look best for the interior.

i feel like everyone does red with everything tho.. ive seen so many cars that use red as an accent color. i was considering a magenta pink color or i was told a dark plum purple goes well with the flint mica. idk still tho i have to see them in person lol

The plum purple sounds good. would probably look a lot better with ur color car than pink would too. i understand ur a girl wanting to stand out and have someone be able to tell ur ride belongs to a girl. but please dont do pink, thats too common and i hate it. ;)

i found a plum color paint that i like at the store, so im almost positive im gonna go with that on the inside...my friend painted his calipers and inside door pieces and dashboard gauge bright orange, because he has a black tC. It came out really good too.

I roll my eyes when I see too many interior parts painted.. I'd highly suggest just doing the outer rail on both sides of the waterfall.. The vents, speedometer & door handles look like you've let a 12 yr old kid customize a car in a coloring book..

^^Less is more! just like make up on a woman, dont make your tc look like a *****. XD

Just a few trim pieces or upholstery.

Love that look jazfromhouston, red stitching, awesome.

Maybe the gauge cluster too, and I was thinking about painting the chrome ring circle on the door. Perhaps???

Bright colors stand out too much for my taste, especially if its a BIG interior piece. If its a dark color i might be more willing to paint more pieces.

If anything, if youre afraid of overdoing it with the paint, you can always just buy a vinyl dash kit from ebay. it has precut pieces for lots of places on the interior so you choose how much or how little you want, and can take it back off if you dont like it. and if you dont like the color you can always paint the vinyl. i was actually considering the vinyl myself so i didnt have to commit to the paint on my new car interior. ;p
