Default iPod connection problem

Hey everyone,

I have a 2010 Scion tC. Everything stock, including the Pioneer stereo.

Recently, within the last month or so. My iPod direct connection isn't connecting properly. When I plug the iPod in it doesn't do anything. It will display "Bye Bye iPod" when I disconnect but the iPod will not play through the stereo, I have tried pushing the iPod button several times and even did a restore on my iPod.

Is anyone else having this problem? Maybe a possible solution?

This has happened to me a couple times. Idk how but just after a while I just kept trying to plug it in, with the car on and also off. Sorry I don't really remember how I made it work so I can't really help you. Just wanted to let you know you weren't the only one with that problem.
