Default Ipod Mount

Couldn't find anywhere I wanted my ipod mounted...so I decided to make one myself. Doesn't move around at all, the wire actually pushes the ipod against the console. Shifter is about 2 inches away from the ipod in 3rd gear, but that makes it even easier to change song/pause/whatever.

Edit : Didn't mean to make the picture so big

wow, did you run the plug under the shifter and juts cut a hole in the trim? did you glue it on there or something? doesn't it move around?

The peripheral box is mounted on the firewall, so i just have the ipod wire running straight from there to the back of the shift boot. It stayed in place tight after I put the shift boot in, but it wouldn't sit at the right angle, so i ended up just gluing it down. All the glue is underneath tho so none of it is visible.
