I was just wondering what the best setting for the ipod's equalizer and other sound settings is for my 2006 tc?

 

chck in the ipod thread. also, it all depends which deck you are using. most of the time i keep it on flat just because i let my headunit do the processing instead having to do it on my ipod. but it really varies to what headunit you have.

 

I have the stock pioneer headunit, ipod ready. Should I leave the settings on my ipod on flat? and what about the other settings like sound check?

 

if thats the case, then yes keep the settings on your ipod flat. sound check is helpful cause it normalizes all your music so that one song isnt louder or softer than another song (this also saves your speakers). then once your ipod is flat just choose one of the EQs on the headunit (press SSP) to whatver fits your liking. i like alot of bass so i had mine on FEEL when i used the stock deck. so it also depends on what you want. but all in all, definately keep your ipod on flat.
