i have the zenesis alarm on my tc and have everything hooked up correctly. im going throw the manual and it doesnt have a page on programming the start time. when i use the remote start feature the engine comes on but u hear it still cranking. ive been searching for the answer to this for months if anyone can help it would be great i know a lot of you have these. and yes i tried calling contacting zenesis and their costomer service really sucks

1. Double check the tach wire is correct, it may not be sensing the car has started

2. I'm not familiar with the zenesis programming, but most remote starters have some sort of programming to select the # of cylinders. If its incorrect, it can continue cranking like you describe

Not likely anything you can do via remote. Take it back to the shop that installed it
