Default JL Audio ZR-650 Csi Component Speakers

Was thinking about putting these components in my tC.

Has anyone heard these speakers, how do they sound?

Also will they fit in the 06 tC door panel, and what modifications need to be made to fit these and the tweeters?

Any help for this newb would be greatly appreciated.

i have the zr650csi front and rear in my tc with a set of 300/2 pushing each. no problems fitting them. just have make the normal spacers. they are by far the most natural sounding speakers ive ever heard in my 10 years of installing. and the midbass is great, i got my xovers at 40hz

I am pretty sure I took a listen to these awhile back, from memory they were nice and smooth. I usually do not go for mainstream audio but I liked them. All that matters is you like the way they sound, what others think has no bearing. Make sure you get to audition them and any other sets you are considering.

Check out this link. You either need to purchase them or make your own. There are lots of threads here where people have discussed the procedures on how to remove the door panels, make the baffles/mounting rings, run wiring, etc.
